Draft Amendment to Wagga Wagga LEP 2010 (Amendment No. 7 to Wagga Wagga LEP 2010)

Land Description: Wagga Wagga Local Government Area

Aim:    To exhibit the Planning Proposal to:

  • Rezone part Lot 1 DP 1013392 Holbrook Road, Springvale from RU1 Primary Production to R5 Large Lot Residential and amend the minimum lot size from 200 ha to 2 ha;
  • Rezone part Lot 2 DP 1065108 Dunns Road, Springvale from R5 Large Lot Residential to RU1 Primary Production and amend the minimum lot size from 8 ha to 200 ha; and
  • Amend the minimum lot size for part Lot 2 DP 1065108 Dunns Road, Springvale from 8 ha to 2 ha.

Exhibition Period: 21 August 2012 to 3 September 2012 (inclusive)

Inspection Venue: The Planning Proposal and all the other exhibition material is available for inspection at Wagga Wagga Civic Centre, Cnr Baylis and Morrow Streets, Wagga Wagga during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) or can be accessed below within the above exhibition period.

Submission Procedure:   Any interested person or organisation wishing to make a written submission in relation to the Planning Proposal should do so prior to the close of the exhibition period. Submissions may be delivered to the Council Chambers or mailed to The General Manager, Wagga Wagga City Council, PO Box 20, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650 or emailed to council@wagga.nsw.gov.au.

Persons making written submissions regarding the above Planning Proposal are advised that any submission received within the submission period will be subject to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act (PIPPA) and may be attached to the final report, in its entirety or in part, to Council unless explicitly requested by the person making the submission that they do not wish this to occur.
