The Marrambidya Wetland provides an ideal location for school groups from Kindergarten through to Year 12 with opportunities to connect the classroom with the local environment and community. This valuable site will facilitate positive activities that will encourage students to learn about and respond to, natural resource management and the importance of aboriginal heritage and culture.
State schools are encouraged to contact the Riverina Environmental Education Centre to organise field study activities at the Marrambidya Wetland. The Centre can be contacted on 6932 9134.
