NAIDOC Week is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognise the contributions of Indigenous Australians in various fields. Activities take place across the nation during the first full week in July. All Australians are encouraged to participate.

2017 Wagga NAIDOC Week

Celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history and achievements during NAIDOC Week from Sunday 2 to Sunday 9 July.

Come along to the NAIDOC Week events at the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery to view the Walang Wiradjuri Yinaa: Strong Wiradjuri Woman exhibition or the Wagga City Library, for the book launch of Yindyamarra Yambuwan: Respecting Everything with special guests including Aunty Flo Grant, Dr Uncle Stan Grant Sr AM and Prof Emeritus Stephen Kemmis.
