Car Parking
Due to the increasing demands on the Airport, with more than 215,000 passengers flying in and out of Wagga Wagga every year, paid parking has been introduced. This will assist to ensure adequate parking is available for Airport patrons, as well as providing funds to meet future car parking requirements of this expanding community gateway.
Paid parking is now operational in the public car park at the Wagga Wagga Airport, with the following rates applicable:

Please ensure payment is made via cash or credit card at the automated pay station to validate your ticket prior to exiting the car park.

About the Airport
The Airport is Commonwealth (RAAF) owned. The civil side was leased by Wagga Wagga City Council in 1992 for 30 years. The Airport covers an area of approximately 500 acres (202 Hectares).
Two Runways:
- Sealed Runway, 1768m (length) x 45m (width)
- Grassed Runway, 1526m (length) x 30m (width)
Airport Income
Council derives income from the airport in three main ways:
- Rent from sub-leased sites
- Landing fees (per Tonne)
- Passenger Levy (per head)
