Annual Grants Program

The Grants Program enables Council and the community to work together to enhance the ambience and character of the Wagga Wagga Local Government Area as a place for all to enjoy and be proud of.

Grants available annually fall into the following categories:

Arts and Cultural Grants
Financial Relief Grant
Event Promotion Grants
Local Heritage Grants
Community Development Grants
Neighbourhood/Rural Village Grant
Rural Halls Infrastructure Grant
Sporting, Cultural Facility Improvement Grant

All grants are announced early each year, with applications usually closing in June. Workshops will be conducted to support and advise community groups and neighbourhood associations with their grant applications.

These workshops will be widley advertised by Council each year.
