NEW BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR USE OF COUNCIL'S SPORTSGROUNDS

Wagga Wagga City Council has developed a new booking system that enables users to complete their application on the PC and return to the booking officer via email. The simple-to-use booking procedure is user friendly and more detailed which will enable Council to more effectively manage Wagga Wagga's facilities.

Associations/Schools have the opportunity to complete two different PDF forms. The first (Sportsground booking form) allows Associations/Schools to book facilities for pre-season training, regular season activities and casual activities. The second (lights booking form) allows Associations/Schools to book lights to coincide with facility bookings.
Associations must also complete a Seasonal Statement by the dates listed below. A Seasonal Statement will provide Council with registered participant numbers.

26th Jan 2009 - Winter pre-season & regular season bookings applications open
09th Feb 2009 - Summer users must return completed Seasonal Statement
30th Mar 2009 - Winter pre-season & regular season bookings applications close
05th Apr 2009 - Summer season concludes
25th Apr 2009 - Winter season commences
13th July 2009 - Winter users must return completed Seasonal Statement
10th Aug 2009 - Summer pre-season & regular season bookings applications open
31st Aug 2009 - Summer pre-season & regular season bookings applications close
28th Sep 2009 - Winter season concludes
03rd Oct 2009 - Summer season commences
