My favourite part of the Museum is the sporting area. I love reading and learning about the sporting achievements of people who grew up in Wagga.

Congratulations to our 2015 Sporting Hall of Fame Inductees Congratulations Sally Shipard, the 2015 inductee to Wagga's Sporting Hall of Fame and to local legend, Barry O'Hagan. Learn about all Sporting Hall of Fame Inductees here.
Bumaldhaany- Fighter Warrior Aboriginal men and women have fought in all wars for Australia, from the Boer War to the armed forces currently on deployment in the Middle East. In this exhibition the focus is primarily, though not exclusively, on Wiradjuri men, who joined up to fight in the First and Second World Wars.

Dr. Nancy Blacklow - Stories of South Campus Charles Sturt University's South Campus has been home to many learning institutions and cultural facilities, and has provided a temporary home to countless students. Join historian, Dr. Nancy Blacklow as she delves into the site’s history and its contribution to the Wagga story at the Historic Council Chambers from 10:30 on Saturday 2 May.
Writtenworlds This exhibition features handwritten collections spanning two centuries, objects from iconic writers, Dame Mary Gilmore, Miles Franklin and Henry Lawson, and Spokenworlds, an extraordinary short film by award-winning filmmaker, John Riddell.
